Shipping policy

Shipping will be depended on item and carrier lead times. I cannot control nor will be responsible for any shipping delays due to my shipping partners.

Candles and personal care items will be tracked by inventory. These items are likely to ship faster than some of the other store products.

Macrame and hand sewn items are all made-to-order. I anticipate that creating your order will take closer to 5 business days before I can ship it to you. If I have any issues or delays that will exceed those 5 business days, I will be in contact with you.

Custom Products: All custom orders will have longer waiting periods that unfortunately cannot be estimated. However, you will be in close contact with me during the process so you will have regular updates on the progress of your order.
